21 km today. Walk went fine, except for having to water the bushes 5 times in an hour after drinking a12 ounce beer.

I’m in Belador. I booked a bed in a private Albergue 4 days ago through booking dot com. Something somehow went wrong and when they tried to run my credit card this afternoon it was declined so they cancelled my reservation. So right now I have a mattress on the floor, and the possibility of an upgrade if there is a no show.

So to make things better the WiFi doesn’t reach the 4th floor. Guess which floor I am sleeping on? This is the “authentic” Camino experience. I was okay with the artificial one.

I had a wonderful lunch with 2 Israeli men today. I keep running into them on the Camino.
